REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us first at info@tktxoriginaluk.uk. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalised items
• Hazardous materials

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Your Rights Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, without needing to provide a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
