I’ve gotten a tattoo on my arm and didn’t truly feel anything until 3 hours into my session. I even went to sleep at one point and I don’t like pain so that says a lot for me. You have to apply it correctly in order to get the numbing effect. I wouldn’t say it lasts 6 hours but it does numb it too a certain degree. I used it again for my behind my ear and felt nothing at all the tattoo artist had to tell me we was done cause I couldn’t even feel him touching me at all

Product has been working great, I love about an hour away from my artist so we apply the cream before we drive out to the shop. Can feel the tingles working. Lasts for about 3-4 hours until it starts wearing off and my artist has to apply some numbing spray

Ok so im not one for doing reviews but this product 100% needed one. Ive tried so many numbing creams to make my cover up more bearable but they only last a hour. Extreme on the other had has smashed it out the water 6 hours in and only then i started feeling little nips in areas FANTASTIC!
